Standard products are typically processed within 2–5 business days.
Customized and made-to-order products may require additional production time depending on design complexity and specifications.
Orders are processed during business hours only and not on public holidays.

2. Shipping Coverage

We currently ship across India. For international shipping inquiries, please contact our customer support team before placing an order.

3. Delivery Timelines

Home décor and small products: Typically delivered within 5–10 business days.
Furniture and larger items: Typically delivered within 10–20 business days.
Customized products: Delivery timelines vary based on manufacturing requirements and will be communicated during order confirmation.

Please note that delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to location, weather conditions, logistics constraints, public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.

4. Shipping Charges

6. Delivery Requirements

Please ensure that the shipping address and contact details provided are accurate.
An authorized person should be available to receive the order at the delivery address.

8. Damaged Shipments

Report the issue within 48 hours of delivery by providing:

Clear photographs of the damaged product
Photographs of the outer packaging
An unboxing video showing the condition of the package and product

Failure to provide an unboxing video may affect the approval of a damage claim.
